• Sous Chef: Cuisine experience in Arabic and Lebanese cuisine. Candidate must have experience in Pizza, Burger, Fries & Italian Cuisine. Gulf Experience is Mandatory.
• Commi Chef 1: Candidate must have experience in Pizza, Burger, Fries & Italian Cuisine. Butchery, Hot & Cold Sauce preparation, Pastry, Bakery.
• Commi Chef 2: Candidate must have experience in Pizza, Burger, Fries & Italian Cuisine. Butchery, Hot & Cold Sauce preparation, Pastry, Bakery.
• Commi Chef 3: Candidate must have experience in Pizza, Burger, Fries & Italian Cuisine. Butchery, Hot & Cold Sauce preparation, Pastry, Bakery.
• FOH (Front of house): Relevant experience in the position applying. Minimum Height: 5’3″. Physically fit — not underweight or overweight. Presentable and suitable for a restaurant environment.
• BOH (Back of house): Cuisine Experience: Arabic and Lebanese cuisine. Good knowledge of food safety. Age: 25–32 years old.
